Restful and rejuvenating, our weekend together will give you space to escape the noise and haste of our modern world in a sacred container that will return you to a natural rhythm and flow with life.

Immerse yourself in the devotional practices of Bhakti Yoga - the way of the heart - as we explore movement, meditation, mantra and mythology in a light, joyful and accessible way.

Our home for the weekend will be in the beautifully pristine rainforest of the Otway Ranges, in architecturally designed cottage-style accommodation with panoramic views across the Pennyroyal Valley. You will relax in complete comfort with the generous facilities, including spacious, climate-controlled rooms with quality linen, relaxed living areas, a dedicated yoga and meditation room with gorgeous views, quiet nooks and hidden nature where you can daydream, read or journal.

The property is in a secluded location in an ancient eucalyptus rainforest with lush fern gullies, walking paths, abundant wildlife, and a gorgeous natural creek and waterfall. The only sounds you will hear will be those of nature.

Expect to fill your cup with uplifting yoga & somatic movement, soothing meditation practices, healing mantra and sound, meaningful seasonal rituals, quiet walks in nature, inspiring conversation with like-minded souls, refreshing dips in the salt water swimming pool, delicious home cooked meals made with seasonal produce by the wonderful Aliza of Shakti Fresh, and plenty of personal time for rest and contemplation.

Massage & Reiki sessions will also be available over the weekend with the wonderful Taryn of Delama Wellness at an additonal cost.

YOUR HOSTS

Kath Donato

Devoted to her personal yoga practice for over 20 years, Katherine has been teaching for almost half that time sharing the practices she adores at studios around Melb's east. Her energy is light, embracing and generous.  From Kriya to Chanting mantra and all of the expressions of asana in between, experience Katherines offerings with an open mind, open heart and surrender into the sense of fun along the way.

Kate Blacket

Kate leads a heart-centred practice that will nourish your body, mind and spirit.  Kate believes through regular practice we become more intimate with our inner self and our heart’s intention.  Our practice unveils habits and patterns that no longer serve us, and we become more mindful of the way we are moving through our daily life.
