A beautiful little practice combining movement, breath and meditation to give you a lovely dose of TLC to see you through your day. This practice can be done seated on the floor or in a chair and you do not need to get changed into special clothing to do this practice. Just come as you are 🧡 

You may like to have your journal and pen handy to free-write at the end of the practice - it is amazing what wisdom we can access when we allow ourselves to get still and quiet!
