Join Sharon Spencer and Kate Blacket for a weekend of deep rest, remembrance and renewal.
NATURE | MOVEMENT | MEDITATION | COMMUNITY
Restful and rejuvenating, our weekend together will give you space to escape the static of our modern world and rest deeply in a sacred container that is held just for you.
Over four nourishing days and three gentle nights, reconnect to your elemental being as we remember the world of nature around us as a reflection of our true nature within.
Many wisdom traditions tell us that we are nature, and the elements that form nature (earth, water, fire, air, ether) are qualities we also embody. By tuning into and harmonising these elemental qualities within, we cultivate a deeper appreciation for the interconnectedness of life around us, and we amplify our capacity to move through our life with greater ease, clarity, steadiness and joy.
King Parrot Cottages in the Otways, Victoria.
“Let us remember within us
The ancient clay
Holding the memory of seasons
The passion of the wind
The fluency of water
The warmth of fire
The quiver-touch of the sun
And shadowed sureness of the moon”
Our home for the weekend will be in the beautifully pristine rainforest of the Otway Ranges, in architecturally designed cottage-style accommodation with panoramic views across the Pennyroyal Valley. You will relax in complete comfort with the generous facilities, including spacious, climate-controlled rooms with quality linen, relaxed living areas, a dedicated yoga and meditation room with gorgeous views, quiet nature nooks where you can daydream, read or journal.
The property is in a secluded location in an ancient eucalyptus rainforest with lush fern gullies, walking paths, abundant wildlife, and a gorgeous natural creek and waterfall. The only sounds you will hear will be those of nature.
Expect to fill your cup with uplifting yoga & somatic movement, soothing meditation practices, healing mantra and sound, meaningful seasonal rituals, quiet walks in nature, inspiring conversation with like-minded souls, refreshing dips in the salt water swimming pool, delicious home cooked meals made with seasonal produce by the wonderful Aliza of Shakti Fresh, and plenty of personal time for rest and contemplation.
Massage & Reiki sessions will also be available over the weekend with the wonderful Taryn of Delama Wellness at an additonal cost.
