Community Chai + Meditation

Let's come together and celebrate our practice, our community and ourselves 🧡

After what has been another wild ride of a year, navigating all manner of highs and lows, I thought it would be a lovely way to close the year by coming together in the studio for a technology free afternoon of meditation, conversation, connection and community - plus a little surprise or two!

The event will be held at the InSpirit Urban Retreat, 96 Middlesex Road, Surrey Hills.

All levels of ability and experience welcomed!

Doors will open at 2.20pm for a 2.30pm start, and the event will finish around 4pm.

BYO cushion and water bottle (closed water containers required in the studio).

Chairs will be available for use.

Chai, herbal teas and healthy treats will be available after our group meditation.

A donation of $5 at the door would also be much appreciated to cover event costs.
